2016: "The Experience of Care: Patients and Providers as Partners" (4-part webinar series)

This 4-part webinar series looked at ways of improving the patient experience of care for those with kidney disease.

The Quality Conference is a collaboration presented by the Forum of ESRD Networks and its Kidney Patient Advisory Council (KPAC) in partnership with the Renal Physicians Association, Fresenius, DaVita, Dialysis Clinic Inc, the National Renal Administrators Association and the American Association of Kidney Patients.

This webinar series was presented live in the Fall/Winter of 2016.
