2018 - May: "The Grievance Toolkit: Fostering Communication & Improving Quality"
The Forum of ESRD Networks presents this 1-hour webinar highlighting the Grievance Toolkit which was developed BY patients FOR patients! While the Toolkit was written to help guide patients through the grievance process it is a useful tool for both patients and providers to help improve communication. This webinar provided strategies to improve communication and collaboration between patients and the care team. An expert in the field of ESRD clinical psychology presented tips for communicating with dialysis patients and addressing patient fears associated with presenting a grievance.
