National ESRD Census Data
National ESRD Data as of June 30, 2024:
The 18 ESRD Networks serve 7,578 dialysis centers and 226 transplant centers in the United States and its territories.
As of June 30, 2024, the facilities above were treating 519,241 patients on dialysis and 303,653 patients with a functioning kidney transplant in the US.
Of those patients receiving dialysis, 433,987 receive in-center hemodialysis, 80,622 receive dialysis at home and 4,632 receive dialysis in a nursing home or skilled nursing facility.
