National ESRD Census Data
National ESRD Data as of March 31, 2025:
The 18 ESRD Networks serve 7,556 dialysis centers and 223 transplant centers in the United States and its territories.
As of March 31, 2025, the facilities above were treating 516,837 patients on dialysis and 316,873 patients with a functioning kidney transplant in the US.
Of those patients receiving dialysis, 433,396 receive in-center hemodialysis, 78,407 receive dialysis at home and 5,034 receive dialysis in a nursing home or skilled nursing facility.
