As a national leader in the renal community, the Forum is prepared to provide guidance, feedback, and resources to our membership and the broader renal community. Our membership represents subject matter experts in a variety of areas related to kidney disease who are passionate about improving the quality care for people with kidney disease. The Capability Statement was developed to provide detailed information about our role in the community, and desire to collaborate and serve alongside you in this important work.
