Phosphorous Binders and the Medicare Bundled Payment

Navigating the bundled payment, which now includes phosphorous binders, can be challenging for both providers and patients. The Forum's Medical Advisory Council (MAC) has created a sample memo which can be shared with your patients to help inform them about what to expect with the new bundled payment. You may use this sample memo as a template for your own communications with patients.
